The official tri- monthly medical journal of IHMA deals with quality medical articles, policy matters of the association and also current happenings in homoeopathy in India and globally.It has already attained the status of one of the best homoeopathic journals of India.

The first editor was Dr. Shajikutty ( former State president IHMA Kerala) the journal was started as the official newsletter of KHMGA in the year 1994 . Dr Sisir .P.R ( Now working as HOD and Prof at Sarada Krishna Homoeopathic medical College, Tamilnadu) also helped Dr. Shajikutty in bringing out the magazine.

First it was just a newsletter and later on became a booklet . Over the years as more and more members joined the association and more budget was allotted for the journal from the state working committee there were gradual improvement in the physical quality of the journal. With the advancement in printing technology multicolour outer pages and centre pages are included.

Panorama now brings to the readers top quality articles with supporting documents . The Ultimate aim is to raise the status of the journal as that of a peer reviewed journal.
